Five mile run at 5:30am. Intervals at track, around 5k pace, at 6:30pm. 800,1200,1200,800. 85 degrees.
Wednesday night will be a 2+mile swim at the pool.

  2. I'm thinking a 600,800,1200,800,600 ladder. If it's a good night go back up again. I need to get ready to win the Airport 5k.
